Open Enrollment FAQs

TCWGlobal's Open Enrollment will be held November 1st - November 8th!

If you didn't log in and make changes to your current benefits, you were automatically enrolled in the most similar medical, dental, and/ or vision plans for the 2023 plan year.  If you were enrolled in FSA or Dependent Care FSA and wished to continue coverage, you would've needed to have logged in and re-elected your contributions as they would not automatically rollover.  However, even though Open Enrollment was passive, we strongly recommended employees review plans and costs.  Salary and worksite changes may affect the coverage and costs you will be offered.

Changes to Healthcare Plan Coverages

TCWGlobal has made some very generous changes to our Allied medical plans. The 2023 medical plans will include:

  • Deductible waived for maternity care

  • Diabetic/ insulin supplies will have no cost to members

  • VSP vision plan will now offer lens replacements every 12 months instead of 24 months

Once the open enrollment window closes on November 8, 11:59pm EST, employees cannot make any changes to their benefits until the next Open Enrollment or unless they experience a Qualifying Life Event.

**** Elections made during Open Enrollment will be effective 1/1/2023.  Health premium deductions will begin from the first paycheck in January.  Please save your Benefits Confirmation Statement after you've completed your enrollment. ****

Fall season marks the beginning of Open Enrollment. In the upcoming weeks, benefits eligible employees will be receiving updates about premium costs and a few important medical plan changes via email.
