TCWGlobal has done it again! We were recently named to San Diego Business Journal's Best Place to Work List. The Best Place to Work awards are managed by Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm specializing in analyzing characteristics for best workplaces around the globe.
This is TCWGlobal's 9th year in a row making the list. This year, we ranked number 33 for medium sized businesses in San Diego. Some of the contributing factors to the win were the company's incredible perks (i.e. Charity Donation Match, Adopt-a-Pet reimbursements, mental health support), inspiring executive leaders, and dedication to employees and creating a sense of community, even while weathering a global pandemic. In addition to this award, TCWGlobal has also won a 2021 DotComm Award, made Inc. 5000's 2021 list and is in the running for the Union Tribune's Top Workplaces award as well.
