Extending a Pay Change

StaffingNation allows you to send a new pay offer to an existing worker with completed paperwork in one simple form. The steps below will showcase this process, along with any considerations to be aware of.

Note - Your worker will need to have completed all necessary onboarding paperwork and have had their onboarding approved by TCWGlobal. These workers will showcase as “Completed” as their status - If not, connect with your TCWGlobal team as you may need to extend a new offer to the worker.

Locate the Desired Worker

On the Engagements tab, locate and click on your desired “Completed” worker and   select “Pay Change” in the top right of the pusher.


Complete the Form & Send Away!

Once the “Pay Change” option has been selected, a “Pay Rate Adjustment” window will appear. Please complete the following fields:

  • New Pay Rate
  • Effective Date
    • Please note that you'll only be able to select a date from the current week to ensure that the following pay cycle is updated properly.
  • OPTIONAL - Offer Letter Notes which can be utilized for anything you'd like to include on the worker's offer letter. This is not a require field.

If you’re looking to change the classification of your worker’s pay type, you will be required to send a new offer to the worker with the appropriate job description showcasing this approved classification.

Once the information looks good, select "Send Offer"!

Next Steps by TCWGlobal & the Worker

After you send the new pay rate, your TCWGlobal support team is notified and will       ensure the worker acknowledges their new offer and our database is updated.

 Adjustments will be made to their paycheck after they review and accept the pay rate increase.

Note - The worker accepting the new offer letter with the updated Pay Rate, will not go through the onboarding process as they have already viewed & signed the required onboarding documents.
