Amplify manages this portion including reimbursements, so unfortunately, TCWGlobal does not have visibility or say into their internal process and determinations. Remote workers in the following states are required to complete the mandated training: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, and New York. If you are a remote worker in any of those states, you will receive an email notification from our Percipio training platform to complete the state-required training by the specified deadline.
At this time, Amplify Education does not have a PTO Policy in place for their contingent workforce with TCWGlobal. Any time off would be considered unpaid unless the worker resides in a city or state with a state mandated policy. As such, all city, and states with paid time off is linked here: Sick Leave.
To update your legal name with TCWGlobal and Amplify, you will be able to safely and securely submit documentation showing your legal name change here. Once we have received your documentation supporting this, we will be able to update the information on our end.
