    Our paperless onboarding experience is a essential part of the worker journey and a key method to StaffingNation's success.

    All required employer documents, including tax forms and work authorization forms, are automatically delivered to workers and presented in a clear and elegant way.  93% of workers are very happy with StaffingNation's simple onboarding process.

    Clients can craft their own custom documents - from NDAs to attendance policies - using our custom form designer. We make it simple to make sure you collect all the information and signatures you need prior to a worker's start date.

    Our onboarding is also smart: you can send multiple offers or re-engage old workers and workers will only fill out new or updated documents.

  • Hybrid VMS

    StaffingNation's VMS capabilities allow you to efficiently source, select, and engage the right talent for your specific needs by facilitating seamless collaboration with all of your suppliers.

    • Provide candidate vetting questions upon creating an order, ensuring recruiters provide required information such as the worker's soonest available start date and work authorization needs up front.

  • Talent Pool

    Talent Pool is a list of workers who have worked with in the past, who you are currently working with, and who you want to work with in the future and it's the first place you should go when you want to source for a new opening.

    All talent can fill out a profile, including their skills, additional experience beyond your company, current and desired location, portfolio, and more. Previous workers will also have the rating you provided about their historical performance.

    You can leverage the talent pool by filtering the list, finding the perfect fit, and sending an offer with one click. The system will also auto suggest candidates from your talent pool on new, open orders. 

    You can also expand your pool by subscribing to StaffingNation's public pools - StaffingNation sees hundreds of candidates a day and they have the option to sign up for relevant pools, such as skill based, location based, or university alumni based pools. Skip the staffing fees, and subscribe for access to amazing and relevant talent that's quick to engage!

  • Independent Contractor Compliance

    For most in the HR industry, "independent contractors" are the two scariest words out there, but StaffingNation isn't afraid. 

    We have a complete independent contractor evaluation process within our system where we ask questions about the project, contractor, and  management to determine if your proposed candidate qualifies for independent contractor status.

    To do it right, the full evaluation is quite lengthy. That's why we offer a proprietary pre-evaluation to help you plan: We will ask you 5 questions and let you know right away whether your contractor is likely or unlikely to qualify.

    If we determine that your project qualifies, you can quickly set up the engagement and start the process to complete all requirements, including your custom client docs and steps.
