ACE is a FREE after-school program led by volunteer professionals working in the design and construction industry.

We provide long-term housing and comprehensive support for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation, empowering them to move from crisis toward healing, stability, and successful return into their communities.

Coopers' favorite organization, she is a bit biased is the Animal Pad in San Diego. This wonderful organization saves animals in San Diego County and Baja Mexico. The help bring awareness and provide puppy events to bring joy to the human heart! Cooper has been asking for a brother or sister :)

Offering One-to-One Friendship, Integrated Employment, and Leadership Development programs for individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in California.

To create and support mentoring relationships that help all young people reach their potential.

Casas de Luz is currently the most cost-effective organization building homes in Tijuana. By using in-kind donations for some of our building materials as well as furnishings, we are able to keep the costs low. Additionally we value our home build as a cultural experience for everyone involved. We share lunch and dinner made by local chefs and sometimes even go out for tacos on a build! Although we could build a house in one day, we truly believe that expanding the build across 2 days allows for builders to create connections with the family and other community members while taking in the Tijuana culture. Lastly, Casas de Luz is entirely family-friendly, we have builders from 7 years old to 80 years old. You do not need any prior building experience and there is something for everyone to participate in! Our master carpenters teach everything from how to hold a hammer to how to wire the house. Through our value of teaching we empower every builder to take an essential role throughout the build.

Cause San Diego is a social impact hub that sparks connection between for-profit businesses and the most urgent issues in our region. We accelerate social change by helping organizations and communities develop and implement social impact strategies while also improving collaboration between public and private sector organizations.

Our goal with this tournament is to give back to the local hockey community, support several nonprofit organizations, but most importantly, place San Diego on the hockey map.

We are a for-purpose organization providing life changing support for orphaned and abandoned children in Baja, Mexico. We are on a mission to end child abandonment by breaking the vicious cycle of poverty.

The Foundation promotes education for children and will provide scholarships for high school students to attend college. We will select scholarship recipients based on financial need, extracurricular activities, and community service recorded. In addition, we will offer financial classes, workshops, and guidance for high school students. The classes will focus on helping students develop a plan to pay for college. Our goal is to help students go to college debt free. We will educate students about the financial aid that is available to them. Furthermore, we will help students research potential schools, majors, and career paths. We plan to connect students with mentors that work in careers that they are interested in. We plan to collaborate with high schools to offer the workshops.

The Emilio Nares Foundation helps families navigate through their child’s journey with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Eric was a healthy Steele Canyon High School sophomore athlete who died suddenly and unexpectedly from Sudden Cardiac Arrest/Death (SCA/D) in 2009. His parents, Hector and Rhina Paredes, established EP Save A Life Foundation to honor him through their commitment to prevent this tragedy from happening to other families. Saving lives is paramount to our mission and prevention is our goal.

Established in 1950 to serve San Diegans experiencing homelessness and poverty, Father Joe’s Villages has grown to include a comprehensive campus and scattered-site programs that house over 2,000 people nightly. It all began with a small chapel in downtown San Diego.

Established in 2007, Feeding San Diego is the leading hunger-relief and food rescue organization in San Diego County and the only Feeding America partner food bank in the region.Feeding San Diego is on a mission to connect every person facing hunger with nutritious meals by maximizing food rescue. Your support helps provide nutritious meals to people facing hunger.

On of our favorite events of the year is "Case for Character" by Forever Kids. Packing up these suitcases with Cooper dolls, books, and games for kids in the foster system is a blast for our team. Giving these kids a sense of dignity and “owning” something is a treasure to these souls that can feel abandoned. If we can only, we can hug these kids someday? But for now, its suitcases, money, a stuff Cooper doll and prayers!

Our purpose is to assist others by providing families in need of major medical care with support, encouragement, and free medical housing.

Teaching children the power and impact of dance and arts. Focusing on underserving communities in San Diego County. These wonderful teacher instill confidence and teach kids how to read music and express themselves in a beautiful way.

Strengthening Families Protects Children. Our vision is for every child in San Diego to have a safe, stable, and nurturing home. Guided by our mission to assure the safety and resiliency of children by strengthening families and their communities, Home Start, Inc., a non-profit child abuse prevention and treatment agency, has strengthened and developed San Diego’s families, communities, and systems of care since 1972.To effectively prevent and treat child abuse, Home Start addresses the conditions that can contribute to risky or abusive situations – poverty, unsafe neighborhoods, lack of affordable housing, and unemployment – while concurrently addressing individual self-sufficiency and emotional needs.

We are a year-round comprehensive youth ministry that seeks to ensure that youth from fatherless homes in underserved communities receive support, guidance, and a plan to break the cycles of divorce, poverty, and hopelessness. What started out as a summer program of camps and sports clinics, quickly grew to be a city-wide outreach, and we launched our first after-school Academy for the youth of Barrio Logan, in downtown San Diego in the Spring of 2013. We now have three Academies across San Diego County, that serve more than 80 kids each week, and two new Academies launching in 2018. Our camps serve over 1000 kids each year, and our Toys for Hope toy drive serves over 3000 families on a single day each year.

Part of our responsibility and privilege as a business in the staffing industry is to help these wonderful men and women who are leaving special ops and joining the private sector. Supporting them through financial giving, interview preparedness, business acumen and workforce assimilation is a small way for us to help these people who have put their lives in harms way for our freedom and security!

Through an international network of Affiliates, I Support the Girls (ISTG) collects and distributes essential items, including bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products, allowing women and folx experiencing homelessness, impoverishment, or distress to stand tall with dignity.

Junior Achievement of San Diego County is part of a global non-profit organization committed to empowering young people to own their future success. Through a network of stellar volunteers who share their own life experiences to students, we deliver immersive learning experiences in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.

We envision a future in which every youth leaving the foster care system has a community of caring adults waiting for them after 18. We believe consistent, long-term help from the heart is the foundation for the success of our youth so they can thrive and enjoy productive, satisfying lives.

When these three programs come together, powerful and lasting transformation is taking place in communities around the world. Our Hope Zone Communities 11,200+ kids in 134 communities, and growing! The Lucky Duck Foundation believes no one should live on the streets. That’s why we support a variety of shelter and housing opportunities for homeless youth to permanently end their homelessness.

Pro Kids, First Tee – San Diego believes in developing opportunities that are just as fun as they are meaningful, where kids feel excited to grow, safe to fail, and better equipped for whatever comes their way next. Produce Good is committed to reducing food waste and hunger while building community by gleaning excess produce from orchards, backyards, farms, Farmers Markets and grocers and delivering it to the food insecure of San Diego County.

Promises2Kids is a leading nonprofit organization originally founded nearly 45 years ago as the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation of San Diego County. Since 1981, Promises2Kids has responded to the needs of foster children and provided support to children removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.

Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego is a 505-bed pediatric care facility providing the largest source of comprehensive pediatric medical services in San Diego, southern Riverside and Imperial counties. Rady Children’s is the only health system in the San Diego area dedicated exclusively to pediatric health care and is the region’s only designated pediatric trauma center. The Rehabilitation Medicine Center provides inpatient rehabilitation services for children and adolescents who have a variety of physical and cognitive issues. Our physicians also oversee or are an integral part of various outpatient clinics in which rehabilitation medicine is a core component.

It's truly a selfless non profit giving hope, peace, a bed a meal and a smile to parents that need the support. TCW gets to serve financially and in person. Monthly we support the meals financially and in person by actually preparing the food and serving it to the families. We are lucky we can help!

The San Diego Food Bank offers a wide variety of food and non-food related programs designed to help San Diegans in need. Emergency Food Assistance Program, Neighborhood Distribution Program, Food 4 Kids Backpack Program, and Diaper Bank Program.

Special Olympics Southern California offers 12 sports across 4 seasons, serving nearly 25,000 athletes in community and school-based programs in 11 counties. With the right technology, early intervention, and loving instruction, deaf and hard-of-hearing children can achieve what once seemed impossible—they can learn to listen and speak. Spokane HOPE is the only program in eastern Washington offering this vital teaching from birth through preschool, ensuring children have the opportunity to thrive during their most critical developmental years. By gaining the ability to hear and speak, our students are empowered to chase their dreams and make a meaningful impact on the world around them. This is the miracle of HOPE.

Teralta Art’s studio is located in City Heights, San Diego—a diverse area mainly inhabited by immigrant, refugee, and economically disadvantaged communities—dedicates itself to ensuring equitable art access. Our outreach and programs aim to empower these individuals to engage in the shaping of our regional culture through art-making.

We see unity and synergy across the civic, business and church & non profit spheres – all using their influence and resources for the common good; empowered communities resourced from within caring for the oppressed and downtrodden; we see aspirations of young people rising, people humbly yet proudly feeling their sense of place and their sense of duty to flourish in North County San Diego.

For 49 years, Walden Family Services has pioneered specialized foster care and adoption services for children, youth, and families throughout Southern California.

We are a non-profit ministry dedicated to helping girls and women know their God-given value, identity, and purpose, experience vibrant mental health, and lead flourishing, wholehearted lives.

We are committed to supporting transition-age youth (TAY) who face barriers to success in adulthood, including homelessness, abuse, and more, helping them lead healthy, successful lives. Entering adulthood is a critical developmental period that can be further complicated when a young person lacks a supportive network and faces a multitude of barriers. We offer innovative, effective programming in a safe and welcoming space.

The Young Marines, a national youth organization, provides a program for boys and girls age eight through high school, focused on leadership, citizenship through community service, self-discipline, and living a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The organization upholds the Marine Corps’ core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment as well as the Young Marines’ core values of Leadership, Discipline and Teamwork. Individual units are led by dedicated adult volunteers. The Young Marines’ commitment and work to develop the next generation of leaders continues as it strives to meet its vision to be the best led and managed nonprofit in America and the nation’s premier youth development program.

Young Life is a Christian ministry that reaches out to middle school, high school, and college students in all 50 of the United States and in more than 100 countries around the world.

CAPS clinics offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and STD testing. All our services to you are private-your privacy is important to us.

Committed to a safe and secure community through service, mutual cooperation, and respect. The El Cajon Police Cadet program is a non-paid volunteer position that offers teenagers and young adults the chance to explore the career of law enforcement.

Our school offers a balanced curriculum to a diverse student population and is aligned with state adopted frameworks and guidelines. Students spend more than three hours a day engaged in literacy activities. English learners are provided instruction to increase their proficiency in English.

The Kearny High Educational Complex is home to four small autonomous high schools: the School of Biomedical Science and Technology (BST), the School of College Connections (SCC), the School of Digital Media & Design (DMD), and the Stanley E. Foster School of Engineering, Design, and Innovation (EID). Each small school is focused on a college and career pathway and has developed its own educational philosophy. The Kearny High Educational Complex serves the Linda Vista, Serra Mesa, and Kearny Mesa communities of San Diego and is nationally recognized as one of the most successful implementations of high school reform.
