Once the master service agreement is signed with our Business Development Team, our Implementation Team will promptly arrange an onboarding call to discuss account setup preferences. We'll also provide a brief overview of StaffingNation, (our contingent workforce platform) so you can start smoothly!
Your dedicated Implementation Specialist will set you up in StaffingNation so you can take full advantage of system capabilities. We'll add job descriptions and departments, and we'll provide trainings to your team. If you're a worker or timecard approver, you will receive logins and instructions for WebCenter (our timecard platform).
As workers are onboarded and begin their engagement with your company, your Implementation Specialist will check in with you periodically to ensure everything is running smoothly. Next, you'll be introduced to your Global Account Manager.
