• After being employed for 60 days, employees will be automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate. Once enrolled, contributions will kick in on the first paycheck of the upcoming quarter.

• TCWGlobal will match $0.50 to every dollar you to contribute up to 3% of your annual compensation. Matching starts after 1 year of employment.

• You can defer up to 90% (after applicable taxes) of your salary up to the 2024 maximum of $23,000 per year or $30,500 for employees over the age of 50* (deferral amounts change annually). 

*Participants earning $130,000 or more annually may not be eligible for the full deferral due to IRS restrictions and are not eligible for the admin match. Contact your benefits administrator for information.
