Whether you are just starting your career or retirement is on the horizon, you can invest in your future with the TCWGlobal retirement plan through Empower Retirement. Our 401(k) plan allows you to invest pre-tax deductions from your paycheck in one or more of the 24 investment funds, ranging from conservative to aggressive growth.

401k Highlights

  • Newly hired employees can start enrolling in 401(k) after completing 60 days of employment. Once enrolled, contributions will kick in on the first paycheck of the upcoming quarter.

  • Once existing employees have fulfilled the 60-day waiting period, their contributions will take effect on the next paycheck after completing the enrollment process.

  • No minimum hours per week required 

  • Pre-tax deductions lower your taxable income

  • No match offered, but you may be eligible for a $500 bonus! Click here for more details. 

  • You can defer up to 90% of your salary (after applicable taxes), subject to the IRS annual limit, which may change each year.

*Participants classified as Highly Compensated Employees (HCEs) may not be eligible for the full deferral due to IRS restrictions, which vary based on the IRS threshold. Contact your benefits administrator for more information.
