Once you have an active job description, you have the option to create an open order to fill later or to create an order and send an offer right away to a selected candidate.
To create an order and send an offer right away, select “Create Order & Send Offer” on the Orders page.
Complete the order and offer information.
Once you click “Create,” the worker will receive an offer letter and once the new worker accepts and signs their offer letter, they will complete their employment profile in StaffingNation.
