TCWGlobal wins Platinum DotComm Award
At TargetCW, we have a long-standing history of valuing creativity and beautiful design. We love using different mediums to communicate and market who we are as a company and what our hearts are made of.
This is why we are so excited to announce that we've won a Dot Comm Platinum Award for Video Creativity and Animation! The Dot Comm awards are an international competition celebrating achievements in interactivity, content, design, video, app creation, and blogging. The 2021 competition was expected to receive nearly 2,500 entries for awards in various categories making our platinum win all the more epic.
About the Creation of our Interactive Animation
Our interactive Join the Family animation was a year-long project and collaboration between our marketing team and animator. The interactive video takes the user through an immersive experience and highlights our values as a company, past company events, our award wins, philanthropy endeavors as well as perks offered at TargetCW. We also feature employee testimonials where are people speak to what makes TargetCW such a wonderful place to work.
Our concept for this animation stemmed from wanting to welcome people into the experience of being a part of the TargetCW family, as we are a close-knit company of individuals who support and encourage one another to be the best versions of ourselves. We wanted people who viewed the animation to feel as if they were being warmly welcomed into a home where they could see themselves in the future. Our goal was to help people understand who we are on a granular level and all the things that make TargetCW as a company so unique should they want to join TargetCW. The journey of moving from room to room and learning about who we are and what is important to us achieved just that.
